Q: discrete, Lebesgue singular and absolutely continuous parts of an invariant measure

MarsoCould anyone tell me what does it mean by discrete, Lebesgue singular and absolutely continuous parts of an invariant measure? Also, by example, could anyone help me to understand, how a measure can be uniquely decomposed into two-measure? Thanks for helping!

@MartinSleziak The question is already closed and might be deleted eventually. – Btw, how do you know the previous names of a user? Or do you have such a good memory?

The whole reason why I mention also usernames is that it is sometimes useful information - for example, people who follow which tags are being created might already know who tends to created many useless tags and who typically creates useful tags.
This particular user created many tags in the past, which is why I know about the past usernames.
@MartinR There are some ways to find possible past usernames, but they are not really reliable.
For this particular user I got nothing reasonable from those queries: data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1117783/… data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1117780/…

@MartinSleziak Are those scripts based on the fact that user names in comments do not change if the user changes their name? I think that is no longer true (i.e. they are changed in the comments).
Correcting myself: The author of a comment is updated after a name change, but not the @user address.
