It seems that errata tag has been created recently, the tag-creator provided even the tag-wiki.

The tag for questions about proper classes has been created and removed before:

The tag proper-classes was created in this question. There was a new question about classes, and since the tag already existed, I've added it.
Today in this question the tag proper-classes was created again, but quickly removed by Asaf.
