I don't think suspension will help the situation, unless the goal is to get rid of him entirely.

Being suspended isn't going to help him understand the expectations and culture of how this site works.

it would only be suspension from chat. and mostly it says i mean it not to take over conversations with his own stuff.

i can consult with the mods on this, i guess what i'm asking, is am i being too hard on him or is he genuinely a disturbance.

@kimholder As for now, I would not suspend him yet. He has not spammed the chat at the moment, so I hope at least parts of the issue is solved. I agree with @duzzy on a suspension not being any help. For now.

i consider what i said to him yesterday his final warning. i won't go further if he settles down and starting listening. i just want to make sure i am perceiving things accurately, and not coming down on someone just because i'm personally irritated.
