Q: Mac Pro stuck on white loading screen

Hashirama SenjuI have Mac Pro which is running 10.8.5 After I turn on the Mac, I can see the regular apple logo, but after it's disappear, I see white screen (whiter than before) and a loading wheel for a few seconds, and it's disappear for 3-4 seconds and come back again. And It's continue like that forever. I...

Try "Verbose Mode" - hold Command-V while booting and see if you can capture the output on a smartphone and paste it here.
@Allan What exactly do you want to see there? All the text in there disappearing pretty quick, And there is sort of 1-2 different screen of it.
That will give us an idea of what is being loaded, what errors are being generated (if any) and what is happening prior to it crashing and rebooting. If you have to, take a video and share it on DropBox or something similar.
I can't make any of the text out, but your computer is booting, it's just crashing on something. Try running Apple Diagnostics - see: support.apple.com/en-us/HT201257 Can you update your post to include your Mac Model and year?

@Allan I've tried to press D and even command-D but I couldn't get to the AHT. My model number btw is A1289, but I can't remember the year.
That model was produced between 2009 and 2012, so you will be using AHT, not Apple Diagnostics. I am assuming you have a CD/DVD Drive. Do you have access to another machine to download and burn a copy of Ultimate Boot CD? ultimatebootcd.com I have used that test to diagnose many Macs
@Allan I don't have a CD/DVD Drive at my machine. But I think it can be implanted with USB drive. What should I choose at the menu of this tool?
@Allan hi
@Allan can you please help me to create the bootable USB?
UBCD can't boot off USB (yet) because a Mac uses EFI and the UBCD ISO (or image) is for BIOS machines only.
Can you download and create an OS X installation USB?
@Allan where can I find the 10.8.5 installation ISO?
A CD should have been included with your Mac Pro, but if you need to get one, you will have to purchase it from the Mac store: apple.com/shop/product/D6377Z/A/os-x-mountain-lion
However....
You obviously own it as it's installed on your machine, why not upgrade to El Capitan
It's free to do so....
Because I have an protools card installed, and I was informed that it can't work with any OS X newer than 10.8.5 until they will release an update to their software
@Allan ?
I understand... In order to get access to the 10.8.5 ISO, you will need to pay Apple $20 for a license. I know you already own it, but without the DVD, there isn't a way to prove it. It's an Apple thing.
I was just checking to see if I have an ISO I could post to dropbox for you, but the oldest release I have is 10.6
Snow Leopard
I am not going to reccomend this avenue, but others have found the ISO on bit torrent
I don't remember...have you tried "Single User Mode" Boot while holding Command-S
yes, I have try it
and after I'll get it, can you tell me how to install it from USB for now?
14:42
What computer are you using now? A PC or a Mac? (need to know for instructions on how to create an install USB)
Create an Install USB from Mac: maciverse.com/…
for a PC, you will need to do a few things:....
I'm using a PC right now
1) 8GB USB drive (at least or more OR USB HARD)

2) Ultra ISO http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/

3) OSX DVD Installer

4) Windows PC (xp,vista,7) with DVD ROM

And easy to get done in few steps

On Windows PC Format your USB drive in normal FAT32 format

Install Ultra ISO Run it ''As Adminitration'' if on Vista or Win7...put OSX Installer DVD in ROM go

to 'Tools' n select 'Make DVD Image' option...n save it as Standard .ISO file on desire location

Now in Ultra ISO go to 'Bootable' and choose option ''Write Disk Image...''
That will get your install USB created...it will take you an hour or so to download and create the USB...I have to run out for a sec...but I will be back in a few. I will be watching out for your progress.
@Allan Thank you very much man, but I'm not sure what did you mean by "4" because I don't have a DVD in my mac anyway.
I'm using win7 btw
15:09
@Allan I think I should choose the "Convert" at the tools menu instead of "Make DVD Image"

@a
@Allan what's up?....
18:47
@Allan I always get an error in UltraISO "disk/image capacity overflow" although I have an 8GB USB (actually it's 7.35 but it's still count)

2 hours later…
20:21
That means to say DVD ISO...sorry....
Capacity Overflow is that you have the wrong image type selected.
20:49
@Allan I've selected each type, and I still could only managed to work with RAW.
But it didn't boot up at the mac, neither in fat32 nor NTFS
Thank you very much for the help, but I eventually decided to use the time machine and restored all the files from the 28.03.2016
I never imagined the apple "world" would be such a pain to manage when there is a breakdown
