Would this be considered a good question on graphicdesign.SE?

@Zoe Not a good question 😁. Related to graphic design, but more of a software specific question. We have questions like that on GDSE. It's a better fit here than on stackoverflow. But it would be even better to ask Adobe.
@Zoe (Btw, this is the room for feedback on art.)

@Wolff bah, whoops. Couldn't find the other room :')
That said, if it's not a good question, I'd rather leave it to OP to ask it somewhere better. For context, there was a flag from someone else asking for migration, but not gonna do that if it's not all that great

@Zoe Why not just migrate it? The op will get their answer I'm sure. At least in a comment.

@Wolff largely because I have some reservations against migrating questions that aren't really that good a fit for the potential target site either. Don't wanna accidentally cause extra work on the destination site either

@Zoe first I agree with @Wolff that it's not a "great question" for GD.se and I commend you on not wanting to migrated the poor stuff :) I would however point out that we do get a lot of "how does the application work" questions, that do get answered. graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/16016/… graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/76014/…
graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/92120/… graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/5798/… While not ideal questions, it's not as if they are wildly off-topic
Most often they are merely drive-by questions that rarely, if ever, get ticked for correct answers. These types of users merely want an answer and move on. A better response is to often merely point to the help files... helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/grid-guides.html
