There shouldn't be a UCT-sequence of the form $0 \to H^n(X) \otimes G \to H^n(X; G) \to \mathrm{Tor}(H^{n + 1}(X), G) \to 0$ in general, right?
It does exist if $X$ has homology of finite type, of course, but if it isn't things should go wrong
