Also of note: last stand plus dh
plus mory gloves
Sets you up at 1 hp for 10 seconds and then you heal for probably full
1hp for 10 ish seconds anyway
Since you probably have lifesteal also

That it's like a secondary roll so if it hits the 5%, accumulator rolls its 20/72/8
So you save 99% of ammo, with... 0.4% dropping to the ground
And 1% getting destroyed
Which, 1% to destroy a dart every tick isn't insignificant but it helps
