Q: Can Fortnite Vbucks cards be used on any console?

Mikayla RobbMy son has multiple consoles linked to his Fortnite account. I just bought him a Vbucks card from Walmart, does it matter what console I pick? If I click Nintendo Switch, can he spend them on the Playstation?

I'm currently planning a project and I dont know if something exists, or how its named
Like a hub with multiple HDMI ins, and multiple HDMI outs
So I could have all my consoles plugged to the device, and then be able to decide PS5 go on TV1, Switch on TV2, etc
So I'm trying if that exists, and what to google to get to it
