In Worms Armageddon some of the player's actions may trigger an instant replay of what had happened a moment earlier. What is the exact algorithm that decides when to show a relpay?
I had a chat with NVIDIA customer care. They said his GPU was release in two variants. One was DDR3 and other was GDDR5. That's why 2 memories are mentioned.
@Unionhawk later on I found someone hauling a reaper's bounty who was clearly chasing me so I bailed since I had nothing and they followed it into a volcano lol
I found them again at an outpost, crashed them, then swam to the bottom of the ocean and scuttled
I had one time I was being chased by a galleon in my sloop, so I piled all my treasure into my rowboat, ducked behind an outpost and dropped off in the rowboat, hid near shore til they passed, then went ashore and sold as they chased down my empty ship
@Unionhawk Yeah, you can bury it, and then somehow generate a treasure map that you can post in an outpost for people to grab!
Minecraft has shadows in some of the shaders, and the shadows are obviously created via the positon of the sun or by timing. So is there a way to actually get this angle of elevation from the ground of specific coordinates to the sun? Or, is it possible to get the shadow length of a block?
Also, I'm currently in the process of replacing some old ass garbage nightmare technology the company bought 6 months ago.
Doing it piecemeal, but so far what we've built in 2 weeks is far, far superior than the thing we bought.
My understanding is that the company we bought it from had super high turn over, so devs would leave and come constantly... and every new hire didn't understand what shit existed, so they just tired to build around it. OFten in a different language.
NEW: Activision Blizzard announces all US based QA testers will be converted to full time employees, access to full benefits, and a hourly wages increase to minimum $20/hr.

Likely in an attempt to stop them from voting to form a union, but still great news
