I know its a trivial detail, but I'm genuinely curious and struggling to find the answer.

The Fandom page had a better, larger picture, but I still couldn't tell what it said. However, the description of the item says:

I was playing yesterday with this guy and he applied the Seppuku buff on both his weapons (as you can see - dual Falchion I think).
How? I am dual wielding 2 spears and both have the Seppuku Ash of War on them.
I cannot answer a simple question: how do people mod games if the source code hasn't been made public?
This has been a point of interest for me lately. Unfortunately Why isn't it the norm for gaming developers to make source code public for very old games was off topic.
I wonder if the following ...
@SaintWacko But energy and maintenance costs are way lower. Gas and maintenance made up 60-70% of the total cost of ownership for my Forte, and it'll be less than half for my Bolt even if I keep it for longer.
I guess the better measurement is annualized costs, and the only way that it'll ever be more than the Forte is if I have to replace the battery pack.
Annualized cost of tires is going to be slightly higher (I expect to get about half a year less per set for both the all seasons and winters, and the LRR winters are a bit more expensive anyway), but regular maintenance is about a third and all other maintenance is less frequent.
And energy $/km is about a quarter or third considering the price of gas right now, and in the long run won't be more than half.
@SaintWacko the unit itself was ~$1000, but has some extra features above and beyond what's strictly required, and about $450 to install it (which was more than it should have cost)
but its the best between both options. Like my parents got the full electric, but forget doing a Montreal to Toronto road trip with it, except if you plan to eat somewhere on the way to get a charge
Yeah and its also can you afford the upfront cost of a brand new car
was the thing on /r/quebec for last week. People saying you pay back the difference in 2 years buying electric... and people just telling them not everybody can afford a brand new car at the drop of a hat
but yeah really wonder what the used electric car market will look like
But to note with PHEV: If you start the heating in your car, the motor starts
@Fredy31 And that's my one reason not to get an electric. I'd like to be able to take longer trips without having to worry about where I can find somewhere to charge, and without having to add a couple hours to transit time to factor in charging
