On Week 3 Day 6, while battling noise in Scramble Crossing, I started a fight with some penguins that were sparkling and glowing rainbow colors. The effect looked similar to a starman from Mario, only without the invincibility.

Cant even remember if there is a 'Canon' way to play Fallout. I think in the Canon the hero doesn't happen, and conflicts solve themselves in a way or another.
@Fredy31 Is there a canon story? I guess since Fallout 4 happens after New Vegas (according to the wiki) technically New Vegas can affect Fallout 4, but I'm not sure if I've seen anything other than vague references to New Vagas in 4

i know fallout 3 and 4 have power armour but i don't think vegas does. it has heavy armour that looks like power armour but i don't think it actually works like power armour
