so while waiting for Horizon Zero Dawn to process the shaders again i was looking at the graphics settings and saw that HDR was there but locked. after a bit of research turns out that aside from the GPU needing to be HDR Compatible you need a Screen which is too

so aside from deciding that if the Switch Pro doesn't come out at christmas i'll get a new HDR Compatible Screen, also need to think about the Streaming set up as if the screen that stop HDR being enabled then i'll need to work out of a Capture Card's passthrough can effect that too since my planned Streaming Setup is to have a separate Streaming PC that even my gaming computer will pass through too so i can play offline while streaming
