Q: Can't get my mates to join my minecraft server

My friends can't join my IP server. I've got it all set up, I gave them the right IP, but when they try to join, it simply says 'can't connect to server'. check the filter lists, see if the update button isn't grayed out and check to see if youtube has been added to the trusted sites list (which i assume is the white list for ads), also double check that it is still running (power button should be blue not white), beyond uninstall and reinstall not sure what's going on

alternatively you could use youtube-dl as ads aren't downloaded but can't say if it leaves a view if you download or not. i normally assume not

@Makonede I think the rules are pretty loose. You should of course mention the mod in the post. In general I don't think most mod creators care, but also check if there are special license requirements from the mod for creating screenshots or derived work
