@Wipqozn I gave up before I even got to the Sanderson novels.

The prose is mediocre at the best of times and downright trash at the worst.

The plot is meandering and quite frankly, I'm not even sure the characters know what their motivations are.

Well, this is a fun workaround. I had forgotten my Windows credentials for my work PC, but because we're using AD with SSO integration with other platforms on the web, one of which with no autosignin, I managed to recover my credentials by reading them from my Google Chrome password manager on the web

Q: M.2 SSD for system or separate gaming drive

@Yuuki Agreed on all counts. The female characters in particular are really poorly written.

There were a few characters I liked.... but for the most part, I didn't care about any of them.

@InvaderSkoodge You certainly can't say we didn't give it a fair shake. I did wind up reading a bunch of spoilers on the wiki, and it made me all the more glad I stopped.

Yeah same, I read a series summary and meh. Although, a series summary of Malazan wouldn't do it justice at all so that's not exactly fair.

But I wasn't enjoying WoT so I stopped and I'm ok with that.

I also wanted to know more about the weird fox and snake people, the fin. Which transparently you find out barely anything about.
