I usually avoid down voting dups myself, but it's perfectly fine to do.

I normally will only down vote a dup if dropping the title into search / question returns the duplicate, since then they obviously didn't bother searching.

@alok The dupe part is that I think the damage reduction and damage absorption stuff is covered by the other question. I mean, it's not explicit, but the quesiton is basically "How does DR work?" The order that stuff is applied is part of that. But things like damage reflection and on-death effects are a different thing entirely.

In Rhythm Thief and the Emperor's Treasure, you can collect various sounds as you wander around. They get used for little quests, and for making the Master Instrument. I have noticed that there are 4 colours of sounds - red, yellow, blue, and green. Does the colour have any significance?

Q: Why in last competive play top players sometimes switch on Blue(Left Side) lines(mean top with bot).Its depends on counterpick's or what?

In the last tournaments top players switch bot with top lane. I don't know reason why they do it. Bruisers losing many creeps when they facing versus Ad carry and support. It is depends on counterpicks, dragon control or another reason?
