Q: Where are the categories of non-steam games stored locally?

So I already read this question where they answer a similar question: Where are the categories in my Steam library saved? Can I recover them if Steam forgets them? I took a look at that file and it certainly saves the categories for each of my steam games, but I couldn't find any of my non-stea...

we don't even support IE8, only IE10 and higher, but it breaks in IE11 without IE8 compat enabled, and that page is really complicated and uses a javascript library that's EoL

so we're not investing too much time in fixing it as is and are just going to update the entire page to a version that is supported and fix the bug at the same time

@Maximillian maybe. my 8 year old PC does have slight troubles playing Tales of Legendia, not unplayable but the issues which aren't "you don't have PS2 Hardware" are just slow downs due to graphic process i assume (as things slow down with lots of enemies or effects going off). if the device is more powerful i would suspect it would play well enough for a few games

from a really overly-nice perspective, they might be talking about homebrews, most of which are legal to download and emulate

@Maximillian should be fine Playstation wise since now-a-days the hardware far surpasses what the Playstation needed plus extra because emulators take up more resoruces. the only problem you'd get would be either "you don't have exact Playstation Hardware that we hard coded for" problems or programming problems with the emulators or plugins themselves (which for ePSXe is rare, at least for me)
