If you shuffle the items around so a different item comes first on the list, does the issue stay with the first item, or is it linked to the other item?

If I leave out the first two items, it prints perfectly fine. If I add another one in front, it prints fine, it's just the first one on a page goes wrong.

@Nzall Shuffling keeps the issue at the same place. first item on the second and following paper pages.

adding the css page-break-after: always; also causes an image to disappear.

IE does not have the bug.

Q: CSS Printing: Avoiding cut-in-half DIVs between pages?

I'm writing a plug-in for a piece of software that takes a big collection of items and pops them into HTML in a WebView in Cocoa (which uses WebKit as its renderer, so basically you can assume this HTML file is being opened in Safari). The DIVs it makes are of dynamic height, but they don't vary...

Also, is it the first or the second half to disappear?

Also: I added a div with page-break-before:always on it, if said div contains "test", it correctly breaks and the bug disappears, I now just have that test pushing the second page down in a bad way. If said div is empty, the bugs gets worse and the logo that is in the element also disappears.

If that 1px high blank element is available for getting content layout rekted, everything is fine, set the height of that element to 0 and everything goes to hell.

Speed and Exploration should be the same (from what I've found), so put 3 points total into that, and 3 points into replication and hazard avoidance (from wire production).

Then up your factory, harvester, and wire production periodically to even everything out.
