Q: What character is this?

I had an action figure of a character with Wolverine-like brown hair, a blue jumpsuit and white boots and gloves. Don't know if he's from a game or anime, but I never found any info about him. I never found any image of him too and don't even know his name. Maybe this description helps? Thanks.
