Every boss in boss rush has a timer. When the time runs out the backdrop colors invert and the music goes slowly, but does something actually happen to the fight? Is there some sort of buff or debuff that activates then?

In the new update (Silver Grove), a new icon system was added, which turned all profile related icons into "glyphs"
On the page in which these glyphs are listed there are some icons at the top right, some look like a trophy - what do these mean?
I get this never-seen-before line in the Server console whenever someone tries to join, repeated until joining stops. Joining goes nowhere and fails after 30 tries.

I want to make a stockpile for only rotting items. Is it possible to do this? The only options I see is Rotten Raw Hide. What if I have rotten meat or rotten prepared meals?
When I EV defensively with only 252/256 EVs, do I aim to match the stats (or as closely as possible)? This for maximum overall effectiveness.
Example: Blissey and Chansey are typically EVed 0/252+ rather than 252/0+ because Def focus is more effective here with 255/10 and 250/5 base, correct?
