Q: problems with exchanging lucky coins on Pokemon Go

When I tried to do an exchange of poke coins for Pokeballs. It shows an image that says" Your collection is full!! go to upgrade" I have already done 2 upgrades, and it still shows the same image. My collection is not full, it's 59 / 3:50, what can I do?

Q: Did King Boo escape after the end of *Luigi's Mansion 2*?

After you defeat him, you find no sign of him in the Vault, and apparently the ghosts in Terrifying Invasion were sent by King Boo to retake the Treacherous Mansion. This all seems to indicate that he did escape; but why did the game not show this, and how did he do it?

Q: Why can't I mine the center of some larger ore pillars?

As I'm exploring planets and come across some of the larger ore pillars, I'm finding that they have an indestructible core. I can clear maybe 2/3 the radius of the mineral, then nothing more. If I put my cursor over it, it will identify the ore correctly - but the mining beam will only cause rock...
