I looked in my settings and it said it could access my camera and location.

4 days ago I caught a Dratini in an alley at midnight. Today I found another Dratini in the same spot at the same time. I'm wondering if this is just dumb luck or if it actually stays there. I'm going to the same spot tomorrow to see if it will be there again

I have hatched 57 eggs in Pokemon go, with another 9 on the go now. But I have never had a single 10km egg.
From peoples experience what chance is there to get a 10km egg and am I just super unlucky?
Are level up rewards random or does everyone receive the same items when they level up? If it's not random does anyone know what items and XP you get at each level.
Anecdotally, it seems that when a low-level player places a Lure Module, it attracts low-level/low-CP Pokémon, but some times, we get Lure Modules that attract mid-level/high-CP Pokémon.
Question
Does a player's level dictate the level of Pokémon attracted by Lure Modules?
