I was flipping through my Pokemon list to see which kind of attacks they had, and I notice there was a small different between the attacks. Some attacks contained a dashed blue bar where as others contained a solid blue bar. What is the difference and significance between the two?

Has anyone been able to evolve Eevee to more than one type of evolution? My first Eevee evolved to Vaporeon, so did my second. My friend now has 3 Jolteons. Is whatever evolves first the only evolution you can get?

For wild Pokemon, what does a ?? where the CP usually is, signify? Is there any indication of what range its CP might fall between?
