It may be something to fear in the far, far future, but it's nowhere near a concern right now.

The other thing I found about a government scoring system tracking individuals is "Credit China", which actually works more like the US's Better Business Bureau.

I think the concern is a little more pressing because the US Gov't has established some sort of spying apparatus on seemingly the entire US population

It's not clear how effective it is, sure.

I also take offense to the Extra Credits or whatever video that I think was the "source" for a lot of info about the supposed China gamification because I know for a fact they were demonstrably wrong in their WoW example

If you can get something that well documented wrong I have no idea how you expect me to buy you are doing investigative journalism on world governments
