It all kicked off when I told my boss I didn't think it was fair that I was still at the same pay and title as the rest of the dev team I had more experience than everyone else, was frequently consulted as the a senior resource on our infrastructure, and was always available after hours if people had questions / shit broke (aka emaisl to cell phone). He agreed.

Meh, running isn't the be all-end all. It can also be really tough on your joints if you do it too much

I'm just psyched to be making progress :)

If you find a decent treadmill, you can still get your ass kicked while walking. Just crank up the incline
