Yeah, FF Explorers is just frustrating me. In a Monster Hunter style game like this, it's 100% about the bosses. And the boss design is just not up to par

Multiple bosses rely on cheap tricks rather than actual mechanics, breaking many of the boss parts is basically impossible without ranged weapons, and there just aren't very many bosses
