I'll definitely be giving it a try, especially since all heroes are free to play forever, unlike LoL.

If I can't get my "all heroes are free forever" status that I purchased for Smite from PC to PS4 (once it launches), I'll also be playing Paragon over Smite on PS4.

If Smite does transfer, though, I'll play whichever is more fun (which looks to probably still be Paragon, to be honest).

I like Smite because there are some pretty casual modes for people like me who don't want to be "responsible" while playing games.

If I'm in the right mood, a normal 5v5 game with 3 lanes can be fun, but Smite also has arena which is pretty much just "run around and kill guys" and assault which is where everyone gets random heroes and just teamfights in a single lane.

I prefer the 3rd person control/targeting of Smite over LoL/HotS/DotA RTS-lite controls.

That's another reason I'm particularly excited for Paragon.

Anyway, the heroes I played were fun, but the range on some of them seemed too low compared to some others. The deck building is an interesting concept, but you're so limited on how many items you can actually equip that having a smaller deck seems like a better idea.

If your deck is smaller, you get the best things more frequently.

Every card you add to your deck that isn't as strong as the weakest card in your deck is making it weaker.

Alright, cards and decks... You unlock more cards as you play and earn packs. Each deck can be up to 30 cards. These cards are your LoL-equivalent items.

As the game progresses, you earn XP and card points. You have a max number if points but I don't remember how many. You buy the cards to put in your two passive slots, and they give things like extra health, damage, critical chance, attack speed, etc.

Each card has upgrade slots, 2-3 depending on the item. Once you fill the upgrade slots, again with card points and cards, the base card will get a passive bonus in addition to the bonus from the upgrade cards.

Does that make sense, @StrixVaria?

@StrixVaria Think of the decks like the LoL mastery page, unique to the hero of your choice (each hero can have their own decks tailored to their play style), and the cards themselves like LoL items. There's even a card that's basically Bloodthirster.

Q: How to change a map from Super Flat to Normal; Minecraft Bukkit Server

Title says it all. Is there a way for me to change the map from a Super Flat to a normal, or even just add a few more layers of dirt/stone to the map? I have the World Edit pluggin.

Paragon on PS4 because I prefer games on PS4 over PC nowadays if I have a choice.

Also, I pick what game to play based on what device I'm near, rather than going to the device that has the game I want to play, which is why the two won't "compete".

I tend not to use my PC at all when my daughter is awake. When she's up, we're either in the basement where I have my Wii U and Dreamcast, or in the living room where I have my PS4. When she's asleep, that's when I'm on the PC (which is upstairs).

Setting up my Dreamcast again turned out to be a great decision.

What an excellent console.
