@Arperum In a good way or a bad way? I hate when skill trees are super passive, but having a few passives to promote synergy and buff up other skills are good

@twobugs I think most trees have < 10 different active skills, including toggleable auras and the three skills that give a permanent pet. And the skills that build a charge and so are basically your default attack. Almost every skill then has a couple modifier things, and then a couple passive skills.
Is there a way to save all my game slots into one save slot? I intended on only playing one game and it kept saving in different areas and starts me in different parts of the game all the time confusing me
@StrixVaria From what I read, all that's left is the final dungeon, and I highly doubt I'd play enough to get to that point before it releases next week. And saves will be compatible
@Yuuki I don't know if they fixed it, but when I played early last year it actually made more sense to run around in the dark for the better crit chance
So we have these datasets. Lots of 'em. They're all geographically referenced and each dataset is broken down into numerous logical groupings. They do not overlap.
@Yuuki Two main problems I had was that you really couldn't fail. It felt like a "grind to victory" game. Made worse by the fact that disposable newbies to farm gold actually made sense a lot of time
I also didn't like how traits kept replacing themselves. It was hard to get attached to a character or care about their traits/flaws because they kept changing so much
The only problem is that this has proven to be really confusing in user testing, even with people who helped design this project. It clearly needs a redesign but like... I don't really know what to do without neutering some of the functionality
I'm glad that Darkest Dungeon was in early access because it made me not buy it right away and gave me time to lose my excitement over it and realize I wouldn't play it anyway.
