Apparently the level of the DLCs is set based on what your most recently completed storyline quest is.

Basically, it goes up every time you complete the last major story quest in a zone.

(Which also explains why they keep migrating downwards on the Fast Travel list)

I'm level 30 now and I've had it since before level 25 as I've still never used my Legendary level 25 sniper rifle (plus, the Eridian Sniper Rifle I have is Lightning... meaning it has a good chance to stun enemies. :D)

Anyway, lets see... the other characters involve getting 7 hearts (Maggie), having 4 or more soul/devil hearts (Lazarus), beating two floors in a row without grabbing any hearts/healing items (Eve), taking no damage for an entire floor (Samson)... Eden unlocks the first time you beat Mom's Heart I think

Q: Why can't I move after getting out of the Cryo-Chamber?
