You have to connect gas traps to a sensor. Pressure Plates are the first type.

Of course, your own troops are constantly opening doors...

I put doors on every room just to make enemies waste time opening the unimportant ones, like troop barracks and library.

This week’s guest is Mark Russinovich, from SysInternals.com and now with Microsoft.

Chatrooms are chaotic! Jeff mentions that lots of spaces need editorial oversight. A lot of good information is available, but it’s a hard to find it in the disorganizations. It’s a chronic problem.

Mark and Joel talk about his command-line work. Mark had to reverse-engineer this stuff, almost from scratch. SoftICE was effectively a device driver that took control away from the OS, when it was active. Mark’s become famous for being a Microsoft hacker (yes they exist) and for his work with rootkits, the problems with which are becoming an epidemic. …

Hmm, I just spotted a logic error. Turns out I do need separate VoteEnd and End actions.

Because right now, I'm only calling End if the vote succeeded, which is bad because End does the cleanup action.

so now I'm at the point of the game where I need to allow them to steal something

so I didn't tag them for attack

and they got attacked anyway

Actually, they will attack if you're in Red Alert... and enemies will attack your guards if your guards are carrying weapons (Yellow Alert)

VoteEnd passes back the winner, but isn't called at all if the plugin registered an advanced voting callback.

(and, of course, my test plugin does just that)

That also means I need to pass back both End and Cancel everywhere I previously just passed back Cancel.
