Q: GTA V for PC exited unexpectedly

I recently ordered the GTA V PC from Steam and when I finished installing and launch the game. It gave me "Grand Theft Auto V has exited unexpectedly". I tried "safe mod" and every optional available and none of them works. I checked some forums and found a lot of people having the same problems....

Q: How do I invert the swimming controls in GTA V on PC?

I'm playing GTA V on PC with an Xbox 360 controller. How do I invert the swimming controls so that pressing Up on the Left Stick moves up while swimming, and vice versa for going down? I only saw an option for "Invert Look", but I think that's just for looking around with the Right Stick?
