Here's what I've learned by attempting to buy a TV directly from Samsung: Never buy anything not from Amazon.

They used a delivery service that requires setting up a delivery window and didn't provide the delivery service with my phone number, so they just had my TV but couldn't do anything with it.

1) Fuck delivery windows.

2) That's the worst oversight ever.

They use a delivery service that uses windows because the TV is expensive and they want to make sure it's signed for I guess.

I can't chargeback on the credit card because I actually still want the TV.

For late shipments, you have to attempt to return the item before a chargeback will work.

I am going to ask for monetary compensation for time wasted on the phone plus inconvenience, whenver it is that I can get through to Samsung support, or just file with the BBB or something.

Well, no, I forgot... the game also checks the time left on the clock... for map types that have clocks. It's not supposed to autobalance less than 60 seconds before the end of a round.

It's now an extra swipe to unlock my phone.
