He has a store in New York and I'd assume nothing else in the US.

2) There's nothing inauthentic about Tex-Mex or, for that matter, Cal-Mex (i.e. Burritos). Both of those states were part of Mexico for hundreds of years. There were Mexicans there from day one that they became part of the US. Their Mexican food is just as much mexican food as Oaxacan food is Mexican food, even though Oaxacan Mexican food is nothing like Baja Mexican food, etc. etc. etc.

Saying Cal Mex isn't Mexican food is kind of like saying that Cantonese food based on Hong-Kong stuff isn't Chinese food because it's what got brought to America by immigrants first and only food indigenous to Shanghai counts.

(Sorry, kind of a pet peeve of mine.)

Q: Where can I get easy double kills with the Fusion Rifle?

I have a Vanguard bounty ("Overcharge") to "kill 2 enemies at once with a Fusion Rifle, 20 times". I've tried cornering enemies to get the double kill, but it doesn't seem to count. Is there an area or technique that is most efficient for completing this bounty?
