I condensed functions from the Vote Handler to the Global Handler rather than from Vote Handler to Vote.

Some made sense at the time because only one vote can happen at a time, but this ended up an untenable situation, as other functions that really are private were called from those.

So I can't say for certain, but I have noticed an uptick in editing (and commenting) amongst a certain group of people. My guess would be it has something to do with this page: http://se.awio.com/election.html As [Copy Editor] and [Strunk & White] are two of the badges highlighted, it's not...

It strikes me as a bad idea to leave this as is, calling out one specific user.
