In that kind of sense, it is almost a perfect symbol. But personally speaking, if we wanted to take that approach, I'd prefer to be "The Last Heart Piece", if you will.
Really, I'd just prefer something other than a heart.
That's understandable. On the question of "is a half-filled heart representative of something negative or something positive" I don't think we'll come to an agreement, but I certainly honor your opinion. Indeed if we were to take a poll, I'm sure the community would be pretty split between people who agree with you and people who agree with me.
So given that, I was trying to call into question whether or not that question can be used to decide if the logo is X or Y.
Of course you can extend that to call into question every decision...
And the whole thing would be easier from my perspective if I had a definite opinion of "this is what the logo should be", but I'm really split in my own mind.
I kind of agree with "if there's not a very good reason to change it, why change it?"
And I kind of agree with "the heart as it is isn't the best maybe".
If we have to stick with something heart based, I'd personally prefer we kept the full heart, for the sappy reasons I gushed out in the first comment.
No worries, and apologies accepted.
I'm not the kind of person to hold grudges, but even if I were it would be unsporting of me to hakkle you for your choice of words. Your intentions were towards the site, and we need people like that~
I'm building my little base so that I can see around where I'm currently located at night, so see whether it's safe to go out the next morning, etc. I'd like to make my outer wall out of glass for this reason.
In order to keep Creepers from being dangerous while viewing from inside the base, how...
How do I continue playing Assassin's Creed 1 in my savegame (Wandering around, trying the air assassination skill, open-roaming, getting all the Templar flags, ...) after I reach the credits in the same savegame?
After going to the credits, I go back to the animus and I'm presented with the mem...
I'm looking for a game that could be played by a motor impaired boy. He's really into sports but playing FIFA, PES or NHL is out of his reach.
The game should be slow paced and possible to play on keyboard with as few keys as possible. I remember SWOS could be played with only arrow keys and ctr...
Until now I've only triggered Veronica's companion quest. I'd like to see the other now, so I'm curious about the exact trigger for initiating the companion quests.
Do I only have to have them with me for a while or is there something else to do?
Quick scenario before my question(s): I bought WoW right when the WotLK came out - Toys'R'Us was running a ridiculous Black Friday sale where I nabbed WoW and the two expansions for around $50. I figured what the heck, I'd give the game a try. I started with my free month with a Drawf Priest (...
So, this varies wildly by companion, but I'll try to run down all of them.
Ed-E
Quest: Ed-E My Love
Trigger: Recruit Ed-E, then speak to Johnson Nash in Primm, either in his shop (after installing a new Sheriff), or at the Vicki and Vance (when you first arrive in town).
Reward: If y...
plz to tell me if anything needs fixt.
Also, @fabian I blame rope kid (J.E. Sawyer) for my being wrong about That Gun/Cowboy. The bastard.
Veronica got a bit crippled by the boomer artillery, now she's limping around and being all melodramatic, making me promise to bury her in a nice dress.
I'm not playing hardcore mode.
I slept in my bed, but she's still crippled and her HPs did not go back to full either.
I think this is new s...
According to The Vault, arming ARCHIMEDES will kill all the NCR troops stationed at HELIOS-I. While that is a regrettable consequence, I really (really) want Euclid's C-Finder.
So when this awe-inspiring weapon goes off, exactly how much NCR infamy am I going to gain? I want to know where my re...
@Mana Well, you could punch her. Or cut her with a knife. Or take her into a combat zone and just let her get hurt normally before making her use a stimpack.
After purchasing some Nintendo credits, what can be bought online? MarioKart DS and GCN? Yoshi's island DS? Can you buy tracks for Mario Kart Wii too? Thanks
Finding this one is particularly impressive if you think about the environment where you're likely to have Kimball/Caesar's body lying around... remember, if anyone sees you eating a corpse, it's 'a crime against nature' and you lose massive karma and they'll all want to kill you.
Yeah, that just means it's a different animation/AP cost/Multiplier on damage
the Chainsaw/Ripper/Thermic Lance is actually a good example of where that breaks down though
because they're 'automatic' weapons that hit for high DPS when you hold down the button - the VATS specials deliver all of that damage up front in one hit though, whichmakes them blast through DT like nothing
I just got a PIMP-Boy 3 Billion. Aside from the fact that it looks a little cooler, if really gaudy, is there any advantage to using it instead of my old PIP-Boy 3000, or vice versa?
I'm wondering specifically for the GameCube, how can I record myself playing.
My TV has two interfaces -- RCA sockets and a coax socket. Standard for most TVs, I guess. I currently connect my GameCube to my TV through the RCA cable, but there is an adapter that goes to the coax socket if I need...
So I bought Black Ops on the midnight release date. It was all working fine then it started freezing up while loading certain maps. I took out the disc and there is a perfect circle around the outer edge of the disc(which is clearly scratches). Now I tried installing the game onto my harddrive bu...
Note that I'm not looking for recommendations. Just trying to find a list of games that I can play simultaneously (i.e., not turn-based) with someone who is actually in my home.
In the video on
http://www.mariokart.com/wii/launch/
under "New Features -> Wheel", there are movements to flick the wheel downward and it seems to do some trick (for Donkey Kong on the DK Summit run), and do trick moving the wheel sideway.
What does flicking it downward do? I usually do tric...
I had one of the NPCs, Rhobart, teach me the Alchemy skill and explain me the recipe. But then, when I try to activate the Alchemy table, my character won't do anything.
The in-game help states that:
Connecting Cities to your capital by Railroad will give them a 50% Production bonus.
If the city in question is on a different continent, this would seem impossible. Does the link formed by a Harbor count for purposes of this bonus?
I can download user-created campaigns from the extension-server, but the quality is varying. Are there recommendations for high-quality additional campaigns?
I've been trying to find a good game for my family to play together, but I'm coming up null. The players include my wife, my father-in-law, and myself. I can't say for my father-in-law, but my wife and I have played WOW together and enjoyed it immensely -- however, the timesink is too much for ...
I am playing Fable: The Lost Chapters on the PC, and I have a couple of quests that will just not get out of my quest log. The book quest is one and the chicken kicking is the other. I have already gotten silver keys for both and a chicken hat from the chicken kicking. I have not gotten the emote...
How do I keep the population in my cities down? My citizens keep getting angry because the city is over-populated, but I don't know how to fix it. How would I do so?
Thanks, Elliot Bonneville
