Q: LA Noire with cheats / no combat?

Q: How do I get 16-bit programs to run stably on Windows 98

I have a few games that are 16-bit that I want to try on Windows 98, I know that 98 supports 16-bit programming, but the one game that I am using to test out keeps crashing. Is there any way to fix or at least improve the quality on them? (The game I am using a a freeware game called Slam!)

The Cornell Daily Sun ran an "I touched Carl Sagan" contest one year. The rules officially barred any of his TAs or the current or former Mrs. Sagans.
