@Frank It sounds like you do what my Dad has done for the past 40 years. He started out in programming, data management, punch cards, etc. Moved on to programming in Cobol, etc. Then eventually opened his own IT consulting firm. Custom software development, etc.

@spugsley Basically . . . you are about 8 hours into your meds when you wake up. So, the effect is beginning to wear off. You've been sleeping, and your intestinal transit, etc. is much slower, allowing the bowel to distend (expand with gas/fluid, etc.) And, your stomach is empty.

Try taking the pills when you wake up.
