Q: Battlefield 4 Beta framerate low, can't be raised by lowering settings

I have a similar problem with Battlefield 3. In BF3, no matter what I do, the framerate will be in the 15-40fps range. 60fps only if I look into the sky. If I have everything at low and at 640x480, I can't get a stable 60fps going. I have the same problem with BF4. Am I CPU bound? I have a A4-53...

Q: How to put links into words?

When I want to answer a question, I have difficulties putting a link into a word so that when a person wants to go to a website encrypted into the word, all they have to do is click it. I've seen other users doing it, but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone give me directions?

Q: Do specific items have the same effect as other similar items?

In Nethack, I find myself a ruby potion, and drinking it gives me poison. Later in the same dungeon, I find a "Liquor Emporium" (potion shop) and find other ruby potions in there as well. Do all items within the same dungeon have a constant effect (e.g. All ruby potions are poisonous)?

Q: Can I delete the Health and Safety Information app?

On my Nintendo 3DS, I am getting real annoyed when I try to press a game right next to it but accidentally press the Health and Safety Information icon. Is there any way to delete it permanently off the system? Thanks in advance.

@axrwkr They never really say "die". When a Pokemon runs out of health, it faints. You can revive your own fainted Pokemon at a Pokemon center.

Also, there are infinite numbers of most wild Pokemon. If you accidentally faint a Pokemon you want to catch, you can most likely run into it again in the same area.
