Q: Different color cards in fort conquer

What do the different card colors (blue, green etc.) mean in fort conquer? It seems the green ones are cheapest cards and other are costly (for similar HP and attack). Do the blue colored ones evolve better? Or do the same colored ones evolve better? What do the different colors mean?

D3 elemental resist above 600 or something is actually still usefull. Which is stupid. The D2 system was better.

DV (dodge value) adds directly to your evasion percentage; that said I currently have 416% evasion which means something that I'm not entirely sure of. PV (protection value) doesn't directly mean the amount of damage reduction but instead is a score that translates into X%+YdZ damage reduction, higher numbers meaning all three numbers being larger. In both cases, every little bit counts so 20 is a good number.
