What is the fastest way to get rich in GTA IV: TBOG SingleplayerT? What I do now, is betting on Cage matches. Is there perhaps another way?

Q: Razer Surround must be always connected?

Razer Surround comes together with Razer Synapse software, and Synapse asks me to connect everytime Windows starts. If I do not connect, will Razer Surround work? If I close Razer Synapse, will Razer Surround still work?

I cant place water at my spawn. That makes sense. However I can break and place blocks. What gives? If I op myself I can then place water. If I de-op myself I cannot. However regardless of my op-status, I can break and place blocks.

@AshleyNunn That seems rather strange to me. We don't have strict separation of church and state here in Germany, but if any religious content would appear in unrelated courses at university it would be rather suprising.

@MadScientist Because the courses are held at the church colleges (which are techincally a part of the university, which is why the courses are held all over), they tend to adopt some sort of religious undertone at random moments. This is a course on "readings about the environment" and somehow we spend a lot of time looking at Genesis and stuff...because...I dont know why

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, when Katrina tells your fortune 20 times... Can players that visit from other towns contribute to this count, or is it only for residents of the host's town? I know that visitors from other towns can have their fortunes told, but I am not sure if it counts toward...
