so... is no one actually going to make the changes I asked for ages ago? I really don't understand why not - it involves just a few simple find and replace changes. I designed the article that way, and it would be that way now if it wasn't for an unusual bug in WordPress.

@sblair I haven't changed it because it's semantically incorrect to have empty alt tags. Did you want those to be captions? I'm happy to add them as captions, but I'm not going to make the post less accessible while breaking standards.

the kingston is kind of failing it seems, so I should probably send it in. but... i need a drive in my computer >.<

I haven't tested them yet but I really need to. If you're willing to test the one I send you then you can have it right away. @nhinkle I really need to get OCZ something and I'm far too busy to really get it to them.

@KronoS yah I'd like to write about power consumption with SSDs

so I'd be happy to do some tests with that if you could send me one

@KronoS do they want the drives back eventually? or are they theirs to keep as long as we write something about them?
