@JoeTaxpayer Right, the people around SmokeDetector periodically discuss if the all-caps warning is needed, since it captures a different group of posts. I can exclude all-caps titles from here, if you prefer -- it's a one-line edit.
@Joe SmokeDetector does not listen to site-specific rooms (I think this is to limit the number of concurrent websocket connections, which tend to break). Most reports end up confirmed in Charcoal HQ room, anyway.
(Well, SOCVR room is an exception, but that one is a much bigger project on a much bigger site.)
