@TimStone So I got silent assassin, suit only on the Colombia mission. I ended up giving up on doing the hippo kill, because it takes too long to do and if something goes wrong well QQ. Not that the kill I did went much quicker anyways, which was stabbing him in the neck, but that's only because on master difficulty it appears he can't be lured by overflowing sinks.

For andrea I did poison, sneaking in via a different way than normal due to camera placement on master. I poisoned her, since it's the safest method. However it looks like poison might actually count as noticed kills, which I didn't think it did? OH WELL. It seems "no noticed kills" doesn't actually matter for silent assassin apparently

oh hmmmm looks like you actually need to wait a few seconds before the game will count something as a noticed kill, and I got out of the level as soon as she died

So that may have actually been what happened

For example, if a philosophical zombie was poked with a sharp object it would not feel any pain sensation, yet could behave exactly as if it does feel pain (it may say "ouch", recoil from the stimulus, and say that it is feeling pain).

this example is Interesting. Weirdly hits close to home.

For the most part, I don't feel "pain". I do feel the burn, the stimuli, the sting etc etc but they don't really... hurt.
