Mining is a pain to try to actively do. and stopping mid-mission to grab some rare thing that you spotted isn't much better. especially if you aren't alone

As for fishing, I have trouble seeing the fish :(

To be clear, my problem was not that it was a diversity checklist, because I still squeal like a little girl given unlimited candyfloss and a unicorn every time I see enbies and my other fellow people who don't get to have adventures in books. My issue was that the story felt like it was just trying to hold together this diversity checklist, instead of telling a good story. It felt more about "look at the diversiiiiity" and less "hey adventures with diverse characters"
