Q: Official No Man's Sky Database

Is there a public facing database/website of all the discovered systems and planets in No Man's Sky? I would like to share some of my finds with friends outside of the game. If not do Hello Games provide a public API to their servers so I could possibly make something that would fit my needs?

Okay, I have a legitimate complaint about Eclipse (some of you give it far too much flack): when I have many files open, and switch to a file not on the tab bar, my previous file is pushed off the tab bar. I'm sure there's a way to fix that, though.
