in Fallout New Vegas how do I get down the barriers that is right there before the vault? I can't seem to find a way around it

Well well, i have a problem over steam. When open Batman Arkham Asylum game on Steam it shows "You must logged in Steam" But i have logged in Steam. Still shows the same error. Seriously i am confused over this problem. What i have to do to fix this?
