Yesterday, I was trying to knock off the ? Markers in Skellige. You may know, a lot of them are smuggler caches, so I loot a buttload of armors and swords.
When I'm so full I can't carry more, I go and sell the stuff to an armorer or Smith closeby.
Thing is, I'm now high level and I get expensi...
@KutuluMike I would actually look at it from a different perspective: a developer that makes it so a game can be run both on Xbox and PS4 using the exact same files
@Frank There are no stupid questions IMHO. We might think it's a stupid question, but for someone else, it might be a reasonable question, similar to "can I run Oculus games on a Vive?"
@Frank I wouldn't duplicate the files, I would make 1 set of files, then 2 wrappers around those files that abstract out the differences between Xbox and PS4
@Frank I'm not so sure whether "can Xbox games run on Playstation" is a stupid question. If you're young of age or haven't come into contact with either so far, you might wonder it
@Nzall In today's day and age, children are just going to take that as a given. If they're young enough to still ask that, they're too young to ask it here.
@Frank I don't know that. Maybe you never thought about getting a console up to puberty, or your parents wouldn't let you have one. There are plenty of parents who are opposed to gaming.
I think people downvoted my 'How do I get out of the bed' question in the SuMo tag because they thought it was a stupid question, but I genuinely spent 5 minutes googling how to do it when I started the game because I was so use to the old games
Those kids will have bigger problems than if an XBoX can play PS4 games, they would be to busy being absorbed by the witchery that is an electronic device.
The only way I can imagine a kid in this situatian is that it grew up in the jungle with a tribe that has no contact with the rest of the world. Or lives in some village where they ritualy burn every single thing that even looks like it could contain electricity.
Seriously, if you ask the average parent from the babyboomer generation that question, I could honestly believe that a bunch of them wouldn't know the answer
Apparently, some guy stole a bucket of gold from an armored transport in New York late september, while one guard was getting his phone in the cabin and the other was picking something up at the building they were staying
So far while playing the game I've run into the same issue a number of times where I want to exit out of a hack such as controlling a forklift or camera while there is ongoing dialogue/news playing in relation to the story/mission.
It just so happens that the only known button to exit out of th...
idk why but I feel really weird today. i feel like speaking japanese (of course, in a terrible way), want to play osu and well, am watching anime and eating ramen atm. wth
I pulled out an old string of lights this year, so how tangled it was, plugged it in and saw part of the string was out (which means a random bulb needed replacement), said "fuck it", and threw them in the garbage
@KevinvanderVelden If we end up playing Civ tonight: if I suddenly don't react anymore: scream really loud or something , that probably means I fell asleep. But going to bed before 22:00 or so is not my thing.
@StrixVaria Yup. A VP scheduled a lunch meeting with about 20 people. We're looking into buying some new product with some british company, so I guess we want to wine and dine them?
@Nzall Yeah hearing that one of the missions has you leak what might be a real trailer for an unannounced Ubisoft game gives me some hope that they got the tone right.
i just bought my ps4 two days ago. i was excited to play but when i turned it on it told me to connect my controller to ps4 and press the ps4 button, i knew it would said that because ive done it in my friend's ps4 but when i connected it and pressed the ps button it wont continue. it makes a sl...
Especially when the opponents are like 10 tightly clustered guys all with guns who hit my with bullets in perfect rhythm so that I can't actually do anything.
"how many layers of agile are you on?"
"like maybe 5 or 6 right now, we use trello, do standup"

@StrixVaria This has been my one problem so far. I wonder if I'm supposed to use a shield for that or something. Not entirely clear on how shields work
Does anybody have a detailed explanation on how exactly an insult's score is calculated, and how it's affected by combos and weaknesses? Are certain phrases worth more than others in general, and does the game have a way to tell how much sense a sentence makes and score accordingly?
i cant select the options button to change the key bindings to something else because i cant scroll with the left and right arrow keys for they are broken!
Well, like $900/month of it is HSA + FSA, which is basically just stupid tax loopholes
Once I realized that I wasn't feeling so bad
Although FSA is the dumbest ever. It's basically "Give us this $5000 up front and we won't tax you for it. Hope you claim all of it by the end of the year though or we get to keep it! lol!"
@fredley That's the amount I spent per month to put in accounts that aren't taxed, and it's available for medical expenses (or daycare in the case of FSA)
@Sterno holy crap I pay that for a year (rest of family pays that too, not individually though. They have a family pack or something, which covers less stuff than mine), and I have one of the highest end health insurances available (yeah, dad is a bit paranoid).
There are several features in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon that give your pokemon additional experience after every battle. The ones that I know about are:
Trade Bonus - Pokemon caught or hatched by another trainer and traded to your game gain 50% more experience than pokemon you caught or hatc...
I have paid to have a server hosted on server.pro. I have 31 plugins but the only permission plugin i have active is PermissionsEx but i used to have (separately) bPermmisions, GroupManager, and Essentials is also active (don't know if it includes permissions folder know that it has perms though)...
@Sterno But to me, that's still a lot. Even at a third that price (or round down to $100 a month), it'd still be considered expensive by my standards. I don't have the best insurance through work, but it's more than enough to cover me, and I'm not spending $100/month on medical expenses.
I guess my costs aren't that dissimilar. $50 per month for dental (though that is 100% paid by my employer) and $75 month ($50 employer / $25 me) for extended health. Obviously, my health benefits there are quite different from the US ones, since I don't pay for any regular medical care.
