Q: Fix to not being able to press Up+Down on PS3 Konami Dance Pad on PC

I am unable to press Up+Down or Left+Right at the same time. I am using a PS3 Konami Dance pad connected to my computer via USB. Everything else works fine, and this seems to be a common issue.

I am amused, darkly, though that he gets a work bought laptop while the grading team has to supply their own and the one girl keeps using mine because she doesn't own a laptop and we never work at the same time. (I keep this machine relatively sanitized and hide the Chrome browser when I am not using it.)
