7 had some mostly minor grammar issues, 8 was near perfect

Q: Does player movement speed up mob spawners?

I have a friend that claims the faster you move around a mob spawner, the faster the mobs spawn. He likes to build powered rails near the spawner and ride a minecart in a loop. Q: Why did my miner stop working?

It is named "Miner". Other than that I'm not sure if its a IC2, BC3 or some other miner. My Miner has hit bedrock, and will not retract. Why? I have removed the remaining pipes from the Miner unit and replaced the pipes with cobblestone.

@Ktash Yeah, I have it. Amazing game, only complaint would be A) it's quite hard on Normal and B) some of the stealthy bits are particularly difficult if you don't sneak well (but once you get the hang of sneaking it's much better)

Q: How can I get genie lamp parts besides from the Squeal of Fortune?

The Lamp of the Djinn update says that genie lamp parts can be earned from the Squeal of Fortune, and from skilling and combat drops. However, I have not gotten a single part from skilling or combat.
