Q: Is there a way to overcome the bug in "A New Source of Stalhrim" in PS3?

I can't start the quest "A New Source of Stalhrim" by talking to Deor Woodcutter (instead of give me the quest he just says generic things). The Unnoficial Elder Scroll Pages states that it's a bug that can be fixed in PC using the command line but I'm playing in PS3. Even worse: I was not aware...

Q: Minecraft don't lose only equipped items when die

I'm trying run Minecraft 1.7.2 server with Craftbukkit. Current problem is I need some command or plugin for below purpose. When Player die, he/she will lose all items. But your equipped items (action bar 1-9) will still remain.
