Q: Getting into the other power plant doors on route 13

I've been doing a lot of post game stuff and I ran across 4 oddly placed doors on route 13 that I can't get into. I tried to search for more key cards like what was done earlier on in the game with no results. Does anyone know how get in them or if it is even possible?

If he comes in and says everyone should check something out because it's awesome, we might take a look. If he does that 3 times a day every day for a month, we'll probably stop clicking the links, even if they're often to good games.

This is the non-lethal version of The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

That said, it's not so much making fun of you as turning what has essentially become noise into (to me at least) fun banter.
